For conferences good content is an integral part of the promotion of the event and convincing people to join the event.

We’re looking for an intern that has a passion for storytelling through video & brings the content production of We Are Sales to the next level.

Your role will be to create the best possible videos in order to convince people to join us at We Are Sales, as well as enhancing the attendee experience at the conference.

Here you have 2 examples of last year’s promotion: overall promo video, opening video of the conference & speaker video. And yes, it doesn’t always have to be that formal, you can create content like this as well.

We do all content production in-house, so you’ll have the chance to execute the video & content creation process from start to finish.

You’ll be in constant contact with the founders, to align & assure we make the best content possible for our target audience.

With We Are Sales, It’s our goal to build the #1 ecosystem for sales leaders. An environment where they get to meet each other, learn from one another & get inspired by industry experts.

In order to achieve this, one of our main objectives is to make the We Are Sales conference  the biggest sales leader conference in Europe. Once a year we bring all sales leaders together at this event for networking & learning. During your internship this will also be your main focus.

What person are we looking for:

• An ambitious person, that wants to be the best in what he/she does
• Someone who takes ownership over projects
• Someone that loves being challenged and wants to learn new things. We don’t expect that you know everything, but that you’re willing to learn new things.
• Experience with filming is a big plus, as we will be shooting everything ourselves. 
• Knowledge & experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or a similar video editing software
• Interest in sales is a plus, because all our activities are centered around sales
• An interest in event organization is a plus, because we’re all working towards 1 goal: the biggest sales conference in Belgium, We Are Sales 2024

Tasks:

• Help us construct the video strategy for We Are Sales
• Day-to-Day video creation for the promotion of We Are Sales
• Make content for speakers so they help us gain awareness
• Responsible for the We Are Sales Podcast
• Making the opening video of We Are Sales

We’re based in Leuven, but we work 3/4 days remotely. It’s possible to do your internship (almost) fully remotely.
