We’re looking for a Video Lead to join the Core Team for We Are Sales – the largest sales event in the Benelux!

As the Video Lead, you’ll take full ownership of our video content – from creating teaser videos and promotional content to producing the event’s opening video and aftermovie. You’ll have the freedom to bring your creative vision to life and ensure our video content truly stands out.

What You’ll Do:

• Create Teaser Videos: You’ll produce promotional videos to build excitement leading up to the event, showcasing speakers, sponsors, and the event experience.
• Produce Event Videos: You’ll create an inspiring opening video for the event and capture key moments throughout the day for a memorable aftermovie.
• Collaborate with the Design and Marketing Teams: You’ll work closely with the Designer Lead and Marketing Lead to ensure the visual content aligns with our overall branding and messaging.
• Capture the Event’s Energy: On event day, you’ll oversee all video production, ensuring we capture the energy, key moments, and interviews that will be featured in the aftermovie.
• Edit and Deliver Final Videos: You’ll manage the post-production process, editing footage to create high-quality videos that showcase the event’s success.

What You’ll Need:

• Video Production Skills: You’re comfortable behind a camera and in the editing suite, with a good eye for detail and storytelling through visuals.
• Creative Vision: You love thinking outside the box and finding new ways to present content in an engaging, exciting way.
• Team Player: You’ll be collaborating with other leads and volunteers, so communication and teamwork are essential.
• Experience with Editing Software: Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Experience with Filming (a plus): Experience with handling a camera, lighting, and other filming equipment is a bonus, but if you’re strong in video production and editing, we’d still love to hear from you!
