Do you love the thrill of selling and building excitement for an event? Are you a natural at networking and driving people to take action? If you’re nodding along, we’ve got the perfect role for you. We’re looking for a Ticket Sales Lead to join the Core Team for We Are Sales – the largest sales event in the Benelux!

As the Ticket Sales Lead, you’ll take charge of driving registrations for the event. From activating our ecosystem to reaching out to companies and leveraging inbound interest, you’ll be the driving force behind getting people in the door.

What You’ll Do:

  • Activate the Ecosystem: You’ll engage our network of partners, ambassadors, and speakers to promote the event and drive ticket sales.
  • Outbound Sales: You’ll reach out to companies and sales teams, pitching the event and securing team ticket packages.
  • Manage Inbound Leads: You’ll monitor inbound interest and follow up with potential attendees to convert interest into ticket sales.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the Marketing Lead to ensure messaging aligns with ticket sales efforts and use marketing assets to boost conversions.

What You’ll Need:

  • Sales Skills: You’re a natural salesperson, comfortable with outbound calls, and converting leads into ticket sales.
  • Networking Ability: You’re great at building relationships and leveraging connections to drive results.
  • Understanding of Our Audience (a plus): If you have experience selling to or engaging with sales teams, that’s a big plus! If not, but you’re confident in your sales abilities, we’d still love to hear from you.
