If you’re nodding along, we’ve got the perfect role for you. We’re looking for a Production Lead to join the Core Team for We Are Sales – the largest sales event in the Benelux!

As the Production Lead, you’ll ensure that all audiovisual and multimedia aspects of the event come together seamlessly. You’ll take full ownership of your role and ensure that every technical detail is covered.

What You’ll Do:

• AV and Multimedia Setup: You’ll manage all AV equipment, from sound systems to video projections. You’ll make sure everything is set up and tested for a flawless event experience.
• Manage Event Day Production: You’ll oversee live production on the day of the event, ensuring smooth transitions, high-quality audio, and perfect visuals.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team: Work closely with the Operations Lead to ensure all equipment and multimedia needs are covered for event day.
• Troubleshoot on the Fly: Things can go wrong – and when they do, you’ll be the go-to person for quick fixes and technical solutions.
• Ensure Event Flow: You’ll work with the team to keep the event on track, coordinating between speakers, AV systems, and multimedia presentations to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Need:

• Tech-Savvy Mindset: You’re comfortable with AV equipment and multimedia tools. You know how to get the most out of technology to create an amazing experience.
• Problem-Solving Skills: When things go wrong, you stay calm and find solutions.
• Attention to Detail: You’re detail-oriented and always thinking ahead to make sure the event is technically flawless.
• Team Player: You’ll collaborate with other leads and volunteers, so communication and teamwork are essential.
• Event Production Experience (a plus): If you’ve worked in event production before, great! If not, but you’re tech-savvy and organized, we’d still love to hear from you.
