If you’re nodding along, we’ve got the perfect role for you. We’re looking for a People Lead to join the Core Team for We Are Sales – the largest sales event in the Benelux!
As the People Lead, you’ll manage our volunteer team, ensuring shifts are covered, responsibilities are clear, and everyone is motivated to contribute to a successful event. You’ll also help plan the recruitment process for next year’s Core Team and assist in onboarding new team members to set them up for success.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit and Onboard Volunteers: You’ll help build and manage the volunteer team, ensuring we have the right people in place to make the event run smoothly.
- Manage Shift Schedules: You’ll create and manage a clear shift schedule for volunteers, ensuring everyone knows when and where they’re needed.
- Host Team-Building Activities: You’ll organize fun and engaging team-building activities
- Set Up Next Year’s Core Team Recruitment: You’ll design and implement a recruitment process for the next generation of core team members to ensure a smooth transition after the event.
- Onboard New Team Members: You’ll help new recruits get up to speed, making sure they understand their roles and feel confident in contributing to the event’s success.
- Communicate Clearly: You’ll be the main point of contact for volunteers, making sure everyone is informed, aligned, and ready to go.
- Collaborate with Operations and Experience Teams: You’ll work closely with other leads to ensure the right people are in the right places on event day.
What You’ll Need:
- People Skills: You’re great at building relationships, motivating teams, and making sure everyone feels valued and supported.
- Organizational Skills: You’ll be managing schedules and making sure all shifts are covered, so being organized and detail-oriented is a must.
- Communication Savvy: You’re a strong communicator, able to provide clear instructions and keep everyone in the loop.
- Recruitment Experience (a plus): If you’ve managed recruitment processes before, that’s great! If not, but you’re confident in your ability to organize and onboard people, we’d still love to hear from you.
