If you’re nodding along, we’ve got the perfect role for you. We’re looking for a Partnership Sales Lead to join the Core Team for We Are Sales – the largest sales event in the Benelux!

As the Partnership Sales Lead, you’ll be responsible for attracting sponsors and partners, working to secure the best brands and companies to support our event. You’ll take full ownership of your role, from prospecting to closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Attract Sponsors: You’ll actively seek out potential partners and sponsors who would benefit from being involved in We Are Sales.
  • Build Relationships: You’ll develop relationships with companies, learning about their needs and showing them why partnering with us will help them meet their goals.
  • Close Deals: You’ll be responsible for negotiating partnership deals, creating proposals, and ensuring both sides are excited to collaborate.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Success Team: Work closely with the Partner Success Lead to ensure that once the deal is closed, sponsors are set up for success and get the most out of their involvement.
  • Contribute to Strategy: You’ll provide input on partnership strategies, suggesting ways to improve our value proposition to sponsors.

What You’ll Need:

  • Sales Mindset: You’re driven by results and know how to close deals. You enjoy prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Negotiation Skills: You’re comfortable leading conversations with partners, and you know how to create win-win agreements.
  • Communication Savvy: You’re a great communicator, whether it’s pitching ideas, following up with partners, or collaborating with internal teams.
  • Partnership Sales Experience (a plus): Experience in sales or partnership development is a bonus, but if you’re confident in your ability to sell and close deals, we want to hear from you!
