As the Operations Lead, you’ll be the person who makes sure everything behind the scenes is ready to go, from logistics to timelines. You’ll take full ownership of your role and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate Logistics: You’ll handle all the operational details – from setting up the venue to arranging catering and equipment. You’ll make sure everything is in place and everyone knows where they need to be.
• Manage Timelines: You’ll keep track of deadlines and ensure all parts of the event are moving forward smoothly. You’re the one who will make sure we stay on schedule!
• Collaborate with the Production Team: Work closely with the Production Lead to ensure all AV and multimedia equipment is ready to go for event day.
• Troubleshoot on the Spot: Things don’t always go as planned – and when they don’t, you’ll be the person finding quick solutions. Whether it’s a logistics hiccup or a scheduling issue, you’ll handle it with grace.
• Ensure a Flawless Event Day: On the day of the event, you’ll oversee the operational side to make sure everything runs like clockwork. You’ll be the calm in the storm! 🌊

What You’ll Need:

• Problem-Solving Mindset: You don’t panic when things go wrong – you find solutions.
• Be Organizational: You love a good checklist, and timelines are your best friend. You’re detail-oriented and always thinking two steps ahead.
• Team Player: You’ll be working closely with other leads and volunteers, so being able to communicate and collaborate effectively is key.
• Event Experience (a plus): If you’ve worked on events before, that’s great! If not, don’t worry – your organizational skills are what we’re looking for.
